In the room we stayed, there was a fireplace, a microwave, and a hot tub – which was a must-have for us. The food was amazing, and the menu had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. 🌟

The staff here were super helpful and knew all the best spots to check out. Our room was awesome - deluxe with a cozy fireplace 🔥. The service we got during our stay was top-notch.

I appreciated being there, the place is nice and convenient.

Also, location was marvellous and stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from The Meeting House Museum.

The location of this place is great, very close to a beautiful suburb of Buffalo with plenty of restaurants, pubs, eclectic shops, and good dining options nearby.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, with amazingly comfortable rooms equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The location is awesome, situated right off the Thruway and near Niagara Falls and NYC. The staff is incredible and the suburb is beautiful.

Great location in a charming town with plenty of restaurants, spas, and shops to explore nearby. Friendly staff who provided quick check-in and even gave a bottle of water as an honor member. Room was clean and spacious, with a mini fridge that was cold. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including omelettes, breads, waffles, sausages.

The placement of the coffee pot in the bathroom and the lack of a microwave was odd and a bit disturbing. The fan in the room was noisy and the temperature tended to be too cold.

Loved the clean room, complimentary breakfast, free wifi and free parking was great! My kids loved the pool, it was small but no one was there so they had it to themselves... Will definitely return

Fridge and microwave in room was the only thing missing, otherwise everything was perfect...

Comfy bed and it was nice that the pool was open longer. Great location and the jacuzzi suite was lovely.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was extra clean. The room was comfortable with a hot shower and quality amenities. Great location in Williamsville with easy access to shops and restaurants. Thoughtful accommodations for our working dog.

The room was super nice and clean, plus it had a fancy jacuzzi tub, a microwave, and fridge - all brand-new! 🛁 We really enjoyed the free breakfast they offered here. And the location was just right, not too far from Glen Falls. The service in general was top-notch!

No refrigerator in our room!!! Had to pay for our internet which is why I will not come again.

When we were about leave for our event the elevators were not operating. Good news was staff was reacting to resolve the problem.

The room was reasonably large and brand-new. The staff was attentive. Favourable and marvellous location in Williamsville, very close to the Historic District. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by. Children enjoyed the nearby waterfall. In a good location enjoyed the sites.
